Mathews Consulting is a boutique firm focused on providing project-based or retained HR services to a multitude of companies. We serve as subject matter experts for specific projects, as an on-going HR “go to”, or assisting as an extra resource when and where the need arises. We fill the gap for companies who do not have an HR presence or who have a functioning HR Department, but understand the value of selective outsourcing.
